BEHIND THE LENS

Ask Niki what it would take to get a great underwater photograph and she instantly replies "good lighting, lots of patience, and lots of luck. And a good camera wouldn't hurt."

At the age of 60, Niki was introduced by friends to scuba diving. This caused an unexpected turn in life. She became an avid certified diver, passionate about the underwater world. Wanting to share it with those around her, she discovered a talent for underwater photography.

Niki's photos reflect her findings underwater, untouched and unenhanced. With her camera, she captures the beauty and brings it up to share with us.
